  • Bank statement showing 1 million AED deposit

  • property value at 1 million AED 

  • Applicant must be in the UAE

  • On the condition that the applicant is above 55+ years of age

Note: Cancellation of the previous visa is included for applicants holding mainland residency. However, if the residency is under a free zone, the applicant must coordinate with the sponsoring company or their authorized agent for visa cancellation.
